Our SMT production lines are equipped with high-precision placement machines and reflow ovens, which can handle large-size power devices such as MOSFET, IGBT, and power inductors, and ensure the soldering quality of components through precise temperature curve control. We also have a professional selective wave soldering equipment, which can complete the soldering of through-hole components without damaging the SMT components, meeting the mixed assembly needs of new energy PCBA.
Quality control is particularly important in new energy PCBA processing, as the quality of PCBA directly affects the safety and reliability of new energy equipment. We have established a strict quality management system in line with the IATF 16949 automotive industry quality standard, covering the entire production process. In incoming material inspection, we conduct strict testing on PCB substrates, electronic components, and soldering materials, requiring suppliers to provide relevant certification documents and test reports, and establishing a complete material traceability system. During the production process, we use AOI, X-ray, and flying probe testing equipment to conduct multi-level inspection of each process, effectively detecting defects such as missing soldering, cold soldering, short circuits, and component misalignment. After production, we conduct comprehensive reliability tests on the finished PCBA products, including high and low temperature cycle testing, humidity and heat testing, vibration testing, thermal shock testing, and high-voltage insulation testing, simulating the actual working environment of new energy equipment to ensure that the products can work stably for a long time.
